      Good pay. A reasonable amount of autonomy with getting the job done.

      Cons

      Didn't really have the runway to slowly build a gradual portfolio and player base, so heavy monetisation on products lead to a toxic player base and demoralised workforce. Seems to think AI will fix all of their problems

      The company once had an exceptionally strong technical team — skilled, experienced, and genuinely passionate about the products. It was a great place to work when that talent was still around.

      Cons

      Leadership made a series of costly acquisitions that were subsequently shut down without delivering any value to users or the business. Multiple products acquired over the past few years are no longer operational. The decision-making process at the executive level lacks transparency and accountability to both employees and investors.
