free gym memberships lovely team members at sites

Cons

Management old and new continually make poor decisions. Leadership is all about short term fixing and yet the sites are still a mess. There is no vision or action plan. Managers do not show respect for staff and do not listen to their opinions. There is no trust.

The staff, members and guests. The 3rd party agencies and partners The IT department Dennis Barkway - a unsung hero who as member of the board was willing to step in and oversee the SLT The Facilities team

No accountability at the top and turnover of senior managers is ridiculous Poor CEO who gets sucked into silly detail opposed to leading by example and constantly recruiting poor Director’s Poor bonus and reward scheme - politically rewarded opposed to what you have delivered Too many egos in the operational and marketing team No confidence from business colleagues of CEO Unable to bid and win new businesses Company now rapidly declining HR & Marketing
