The people there are great to work with and try to work as a team in every capacity. Workload is manageable. And some of the employees will bring their dogs in during the day.

It is customer facing, so you deal with customer gripes on occasion. Corporate looks to be trying to streamline everything for their companies, which can take away the individuality of the company culture.
