Pros
Lots of excitement around the sport in the office. Company's brand is huge and gives a good sense of pride for employees. A great motivation driving young/ new employees.
Cons
There is a clear hierarchy. Brand name has been a big factor to attract talent, however, there seems a lack of clear professional career path. There wasn't a strong feel of teamwork as workplace culture despite it's the league's core value.
