They will attract you with higer package than other companies

Cons

Very Rigid Work from office policy, HR does not mention shift culture before joining, only after joining they tell you about it, they expect you to be in office everyday from 7am to 4pm, no flexible work hours, no worthwhile work is given to Indian teams, only bug fixing and patch work, all proper development work is done by offshore team, company has only 2 clients, the client side communication is very bad, no KT is provided on joining bit they expect you to work at the speed that u know the system inside out
