      Fantastic engineers but poor leadership

      High autonomy and independence in your work Pretty good work life balance unless you are out in the field Engineers are a fantastic bunch to work alongside with. They are willing to go to the trenches with you

      Cons

      Neither any increment and bonuses Senior management has very little idea on what is happening on the ground Morale of the staff are low after retrenchment exercise Majority of the legacy equipment needs a refresh

      - Lack of direction from senior leadership - A lot of legacy workflows that makes work inefficient; a lot of Excel usage - Middle management does not walk the talk - No increment and bonus for current FY - Role was made redundant, as there was a retrenchment exercise
