It is very telling when a company has been around for so long (>15 years) and has yet to be successful in any manner, or stay in one location for any period of time. Turnover isn’t high, it’s OFF THE CHARTS, especially for a company less than 25 ppl on average. That is rarely due to the employee choosing to leave (even though every one of them is constantly looking but stays put for the $$ only). There are 0 benefits and make-believe bonus structures. There is no compassion for humans and there are no benchmarks for success or failure as an employee. Employment is completely at the whim of a CEO who consistently has his head in the clouds rather than attempting to or allowing other experienced folks, run and possibly grow the business. As for the business, it’s very interesting… liquid energy healing? The idea behind it is very positive and potentially life-altering for the believers. Which made for a sometimes, fun task to sell to. However, the scientific data is naught to prove the efficacy and 99% of the software development and product is behind closed doors, even to employees and the leadership team.
