Cons
Few people are not good,reporting managers are the worst,they take credit for what you have done,they thrash you once their job is done.If you are a fresher and you are with a manager who has just become a manager then he will make u a puppet and will ask u to dance according to him.Once my manager told me that we have an appointment at a place nearby his house,I also went along with him,this guy told me that his wife and son are waiting in MC Donalds and took me with him,he is asking me to share my daily expenses for having snacks with his family.He just made a waste visit and then left from there to home and told me also to go home,he has a really bad habit of showing off in office,he doesn't work the whole day and starts working at 6 o clock...what the heck
