Pros

Staff Discount, Early Sale Access. Good for entry into workplace for student/young person but don’t stay here forever

Cons

Refuse to pay real living wage considering £1bil profit. No opportunity for proper progression, instead endless series of online training considered ‘development’. PIC pay is not much more than the basic rate and does not fairly remunerate the responsibility. Shifts are cancelled or amended at the last minute with little to no notice. Overtime is non existent. Huge reliance on store profit but everyone just comes for the online orders. Thus constantly understaffed yet have to manage larger number of parcel collections.

Pros

always dynamic workforce, sociable job day-to-day.

Cons

commonly over-staffed across various branches which makes for irregular shift patterns despite contract promised
