      It is a nice place to work and encourages learning

      With remote working you don't see the team as often do can take longer to settle in

Remote working can mean that you don't see your team as much as you'd like to. Many teams have regular online social groups to make sure that everyone is helped to settle in and gets to know the people they're working alongside.       This used to be Great Place to be.

      Pros

      Starting to run out , pension is ok but not the best in the market. Bonus helps  compensates for low salary.

      Cons

      Completely behind the times in so many ways which used to be endearing but is a huge frustration as they expect perfection and unrealistic productivity. Like turning up at a Formula one race in a Tractor and expected to win. Working from home policy is a complete nonsense. Don't expect to have any say in it unless you are in Head Office. Regional Service Centres - Avoid! It has become a sweatshop for overworked undervalued staff. Micromanaged. Lacks respect to experienced staff. ( Bristol especially) Staff morale in RSC's is rock bottom. There has been a lot of staff off with work related stress. Agent's Insurance knowledge is shocking in places and they  get away with too much. The gallop survey results are  questionable ( see other reviews)
