Flexible timing Company sponsored lunch on Friday

Cons

Preference to IITians. Expect partiality. People sit on bench. Trainings are not formal and organised just couple of videos and huge pdfs will be shared. Managers are not Actual managers just promoted Ad-hoc. An under qualifying friend of top management can become your manager. Lacks leadership. Mistakes by seniors/managers is passed on to the lowest level ruining your performance.
