Pros
ok pay, health insurance is expensive but decent.
Cons
Old worn out equipment, they buy used equipment that the national carriers used and abused then sold. No diagnostic Software or shop manuals for any of the equipment. They except you to know it all in your head and be a independent Expert. Don't ask questions to do the job better because they think you don't know what you're doing because you ask questions. No safety equipment provided. all shop equipment was from harbor freight. no vacation until after 2 years then you only get 2 days paid off.
