Hard working employees. No other Pros available.

Cons

Owner & CEO does not invest back into the Company. Little to no employee development. Inconsistent employee training and feedback. Weak infrastructure incapable of growth or sustaining high quality output. Derogative comments/discussions regarding current and former employees often made and held with other employees, non employees, customers and outside service providers. Overall company management lacks professionalism and integrity.

NPI has been a great company to work for. The most enjoyable part of my job is to have the commitment and support from the Company President to work with all the groups for a common cause and direction. I really like the ability to collaborate on changes needed and encouraging others to come up with ideas for continual improvement of the company's system processes. The leadership really cares about all its employees, and in rewarding loyalty and hard work. As a consultant, I have been given the opportunity to lead NPI in the application and certification to the ISO Standards... The company has tremendous growth potential and has seen many positive changes in the last several years. If you truly promote a team concept, enjoy sharing your talents and experience, teaching others and enjoy working with a group of talented individuals, you will be happy working here.

Personally have not really see a downside. I have really enjoyed working here.

Established Customer base. Customer potential. No other "Pros" available.

Cons

Senior Management has no realistic direction. Infrastructure not able to support current business nor withstand any growth potential. Communication is non-existent both internally and externally. Morale kept low by Senior Management. Very poor wages.
