      Pros

      Children's services practitioner (did not give the option to add this in job title) Very positive therapeutic work carried out within the NSPCC that isn't offered in most organisations. The training opportunities are excellent for professional development Smaller teams in NI mean closer working relationships and more engagement with higher management; it feels like you are listened to. TM is knowledgeable in the role and supportive Great work life balance and understanding of carers needs

      Cons

      Quite a bit of constant changes to systems and training for every change which takes time out of the direct work Can be paperwork heavy however this is necessary for accountability
