Geez, this company. They pull you in with the promise of free snacks, lunches, and a great culture - only you’ll find out later that no one has any idea what they are doing. Turnover is the highest I've ever seen. Leadership runs all around trying to put out the fires of their own incompetencies, people scramble around, vendors complain, and NSS wigs out, afraid they might get sued again by another vendor. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Testers are promised bonuses for all the hard work they do, only to have those checks snatched away at the last minute. And the testers aren’t paid nearly enough to begin with.
Speaking of getting sued. A recent lawsuit pretty much ruined the company. As a result, they laid off a dozen people in October, which was a large chunk of our workforce.
I partly blame the CEO, Jason “WHERE’S MY PIZZA?!!!” Brvenik, he of the Pizza Gate fame, as one previous poster put it (review was since taken down). He is a bully, berating people if they accidentally take his pizza. Good lord, the way he acted, you’d think that pizza was the most important thing in the world, even though the company is going down the tubes. And if the CEO squawks, a VP or two will jump in to defend him, since they are all such butt kissers. Don't you have any self-respect?
If you are considering working here, don’t. Chances are you will get laid off. Chances are you will get caught up in the bad morale and will soon be whispering about how you are looking for other work (like me).
