Pros

Great for getting out of the office and on the road, away from your family. Some really great people worked there, lured in by lies about their compensation, benefits, culture, environment, and overall company health.

Cons

The worst company I have ever worked for. Here's why: 1. Recruited to work at NTT Training with big promises - but in reality this is a backwards run company, lacking sufficient resources and lacking intelligent upper-management decision makers to run correctly. 2. Terrible and extremely expensive health care plan. The company forces your participation in their 401k program due to lack of interest. HR is outsourced and couldn't care less about you. 3. You sell training. The training is substandard and overpriced. Even the instructors complain about the lack of content updates to their materials and slides. 4. Once again, you sell training. Some of this training is supported by equipment shipped to the client. Clients frequently complain that the equipment is not working, dated, dirty, old, and not relevant to today's workforce. 5. You commission rate is grossly overstated when you are hired. Expect 3% paid a month after your sold classes are taught. So, you have to sell $100,000 in training for a given month in order to earn $3,000 (before taxes). 6. Turnover is extremely high. I wonder why? 7. President manages with feelings, not facts. Recipe for disaster? Hurt his feelings and he will fire you, despite telling the company "don't be afraid to challenge and break the rules..." 8. Unhappy office crew of really nice people - dissatisfied with the workload, pay rate, lack of appreciation, sickly work culture, etc. 9. Website truly sucks and lack of marketing / marketing materials places this company back in the 1980's.

Pros

Some of the people and most of the clients

Cons

This is by far the mot backwards company I have ever been employed with. There is no formal training which leads to inconsistency in practices and procedures which changed based on who you are assigned to work with. Keep in mind this is a TRAINING company. Sink or swim is the name of the game. Sales Leaders are allowed and encouraged to ignore guiltiness for the all mighty dollar no matter the effect on other departments workloads and deadlines. Annual reviews and increases are non-existent even after promises of advancement at the time of hire, There are employees who have been with the company multiple years but have never received a raise. The HR department is only within the parent company therefore HIPPA laws are broken on a regular basis. Private and personal information is openly discussed in the common areas of the office by management. When a position is vacated, no matter the impotence of the role it is not filled to make the bottom-line/profit margin look better. People are expected to work multiple position for the pay of a single position. More work for the same never increasing pay, Money is frivolously spent on non essential items i.e. big screen televisions while pennies are pinched on necessities i.e. cleaning services cut to 3 days a week, Favoritism is the culture. Personal relationships dictate whether you are celebrated or tolerated.

Pros

Loved my clients and I have meet some very valuable people at this company. I do feel like it could be a great place with the right people put in place and if procedures are followed correctly.

Cons

It's a politics show, which creates for a toxic environment. People may think that you go through things everywhere but this is a different kind of company and problems are created here due to backstabbing and personal relationships. Leaders are able to do whatever they wants and gets away with breaking all of the laws and playing favoritism. There are not any practices put in place so the place runs like a circus show. Certain departments are allowed to do what they want and there are not any consequence held to them even if it affects other departments. The COO is clueless of how the business runs and nobody likes him in the company. There have been people that have worked for the company for years that has not had a raise but are expected to work several different roles.Hint: I was one of those people. You always have to remember they are sales people so they will look you directly in your eyes and tell you lies about how valuable you are and how much of a asset you are to the company but that is only to drain/use you. There is nothing but gossiping people as if you are in High School. The morale in this place is so low and I don't think that it will change without swiping out majority of the company. You will be told that you are going to get a raise but it won't happen. Do yourself a favor and don't insert yourself in this toxic environment. All of the reviews are not lying please listen. I'm trying to give you a head start, I was told to run so I am telling you to Run. It's not worth the stress and it will never be worth the pay!
