Pros
A lot is asked and expected of me but I would be lying if this did not help me become a more knowledgeable employee within my field.
Cons
I experience lots of burn out and am not always sure if I am carrying more than my current workload should include.

Had interesting projects around the county. Could branch into other areas if interested
Cons
Raises are iffy. No bonuses, unless you want to count the restricted stock that you can’t cash out for 3 years. No 401k match. They gone to unlimited FTO but hound you if you dare use the time. Not as flexible about work from home as they once were.
