      Pros

      Small company with great health benefits.

      Cons

      As a smaller company they do not have access to online pay stubs and things of that nature. Vacation time is poor the first 3 years but after 3 years very good increases at 5 and 7 years.

      Good people to work with. Decent pay with relocation assistance. Good program for training.

      Limited projects. Poor communication from management to regular employee. Most times it could get boring

      Best and highly technical person ,healthy work environment,Best learning opportunity.

      Cons

      There is fun around but no game kit(any). SO if you have no work then you will be bored.
