Collaborative culture in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pros

Fast paced, highly collaborative atmosphere which allows employees to have an impact cross functionally and contribute to meaningful initiatives. Love the culture and how passionate everyone at the company is in having an impact on clinicians.

Cons

As with many scaling organizations, processes and structure are still evolving so can have ambiguity at times but it also gives employees to have a hand in shaping this.

Pros

Pay is decent, benefits are okay.

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked. You should run away as fast as you possibly can. Leadership is rudderless, product and company need to expand. Certain leaders are impossible to work with.
