At the end of the day, every company only cares about its profit and not its employees. Consistent empty promises (stock options, bonuses) and lay-offs in my time here.

Leadership says all the right ‘woke’ things, but don’t walk the walk. They promised company stock to employees and it never happened, they promised bonuses and every year there was an excuse for it to not happen. They don’t provide tools for employee success, don’t have a solid business plan for the company to succeed, and really don’t care about the people that work for them. Any feedback given to them for improvements are ignored and it’s generally a dumpster fire of toxicity. If things go wrong, the leadership will find someone to blame, it’s never their responsibility or a chance for them to learn and get better. Most people who’ve worked there have had PTSD to recover from that environment, lots of high school drama and bro atmosphere. Such a shame since the product and brand is good.
