A confident supportive team in all levels of seniority. A solid ad-tech offering which is always improving. Exciting times ahead.
Cons
A few minor start up process problems and not much marketing.

Pros
Product is great and consistently producing good results. Management are flexible and treat you like adults. Good team, strong communication within the team and from management down. Everyone pulling in the same direction and hungry for success.
Cons
Some start up niggles but not anything that is unduly negative. Needs a bigger marketing push/marketing person to shout about us more as a company. Need to look at more methods to push company brand out there.
