⏳ ZERO WORK-LIFE BALANCE – EXPECT TO BE A SLAVE
Say goodbye to nights, weekends, and sleep. You’ll be expected to work long hours, weekends, and be available 24/7 with no regard for your personal life. The company bites off more than it can chew, taking on massive projects without the manpower to execute them—leaving employees drowning in work. If you try to set boundaries, you will be subtly (or not-so-subtly) punished.
🚩 EXTREME LACK OF EMPATHY – YOU ARE JUST A RESOURCE
They don’t care about you as a person. I was fired weeks before becoming a father, despite having given my blood, sweat, and tears to the company. There was no warning, no performance review—just a cold, calculated decision. The company preaches community and bringing people together, yet treats its own employees like disposable commodities. The leadership lacks even the basic decency to acknowledge the sacrifices people make to keep the business running.
📉 HIGH TURNOVER & NO ACCOUNTABILITY
Entire teams have quit due to toxic managers, yet nothing changes. Senior leadership would rather replace people than fix the culture. Employees leave not because they can’t handle the work, but because they can’t tolerate the abuse.
