Pros

Relaxing center for senior management.

Cons

It's a hiring and firing company. A single project cannot be won annually by the ineffective sales & marketing team. The "Finance" and "People n Culture" teams are absolutely awful. CTO does not have a growth strategy. They begin a few haphazard programs, but ultimately they collapse. The most pitiful leadership is linked to either maintaining or improving client relations. Nearly all of their clients want to end their relationships with Nashtech (Noida). I'm not sure what NashTech will do with the dumbs that were acquired along with "Knoldus Software LLP."

Pros

For those who are capable of foolish adventure, this company is a good fit.

Cons

- For the Noida location, this is "Knoldus Software". To learn more about Nashtech India, read through all of "Knoldus Software" reviews . - This is nothing but body shopping boutique. - If you're on a bench, you'll end up in the trash soon. - You can be sure that nobody will want to help you with any real issues or worries you may have. - The most dishonest are CTO and HR. They are deceiving both their lower-level employees and upper management. - This organization is since 2009 and unable to grow till date. They are hardly 250 employees in India since last 10 years. It's crucial to consider what the CTO has been doing for the past ten years at this company. - Top management has to consider CTO's accountability of not growing. - The most suffering of such incapability is leaf level engineers who are always on the edge of pink slip. - HR department is something epitome of unethical practices. They can speak lie at any level without feeling any guilt. Anyone who want to join NashTech is welcome to do so, but don't regret if you find the same things as described above.

Pros

There's not much pros to speak of.. WFH maybe

Cons

They see you as just a worker at best, a donkey to exploit and get free work out of at worst They will never appreciate you for your client work and will refuse to pay you fairly They will always pressure you to work on their stupid internal projects or provide free training to interns/juniors or write blogs, for no money The technical knowledge in the org is extremely low and there's a culture of buttering the studio head to get ahead And all this is just scratching the surface, trust me
