A total nightmare to work here as Security or janitorial. It’s a revolving door in these two departments because the management doesn’t know what they are doing, have over compensating egos, and in-superiority complexes. It’s government contract work. The new company coming in always keeps the old management and when things go to crap, are confused on why they didn’t get awarded the contract a second time around. These are small departments with no room for growth. It’s a dead end job. Always working overtime, no home life.

Job security was one of the biggest pros for federal service, unfortunately the new administration tanked that. Culture and moral at an all time low.
