I have worked with NFR since 2022 and I have no complaints whatsoever. This was my first remote job and I’ve loved it. There are opportunities for advance/raises if one wishes to move up in the company and lots of different places to cross train(but no pressure from management if you’re not interested) HR is also great as they have many virtual clubs and regular company wide activities to enjoy around holidays. They provide you with all equipment and training needed.
Cons
as an invoicer, no cons. Though I have heard that working for Contractor Services and Preservation are more stressful.
