Pros

There is a LOT of room for improvement

Cons

Management uses intimidation to get work done. There is no room for anyone to make suggestions, everything is orders based. The operation is clearly unorganized and employees suffer the consquesnces of managements poor decisions by working very long hours with no incentive except to not be fired.

Leadership is a joke

Pros

Always work to go around, small company

Cons

The leadership created a tech app...so that clearly means they know everything about real estate right?...(lol) Leadership does not entertain any ideas from other employees and rules with a very confrontational and non-professional demeanor(foul language, threats, etc). This creates a very toxic environment and one where you dread coming to work everyday. It's to a point where there is a 99% chance that the positive reviews listed on this site are there because an employee was instructed to create them.

Management is Terrible

Pros

New and upcoming company with wealthy capital investors.

Cons

There is fear in the workplace, fear of job loss. Management is very critical of people's appearance and will not hesitate to let you know directly, or indirectly very loudly close to you. Not just clothing, but nails, hair, blemishes, and not only with women, but with men too. Too high of demands for the workload. There's no overtime, but you are expected to work more than 50 hours a week. Very little patience from management, no adequate job training. On boarding was a joke, your direct manager probably lives in fear of being let go by the owner, who loves to fire people.
