Pros
They truly care about the employees and emphasize a good work life balance. The training is thorough and there are many resources for any questions you may have. They trust their employees to get the job done and are flexible with regard to either hybrid or full remote options. The leaders in place have both technical and leadership ability. Something is really working here based on their positive combined ratio and employee satisfaction.
Cons
The systems are a bit cumbersome. They need a claim system where you can find everything quickly. This is a small price to pay for the culture they’ve built.
