      from Everclear to National Pool Partners(NPP)

      Pros

      nothing since NPP took over in 2021 Previous to NPP taking over, Everclear gave out bonus's, Christmas parties, appreciation day for employees. We were a team.

      Cons

      NPP does nothing for employees, we are under paid and over worked. our customers are being rake over the coals with a ridiculous rate for services. When NPP took over Everclears operation with 1000 pools, we are now down to 392 give or take a few, a year and a half in. NPP will slowly run the company into the ground. mark my words the Inverness and many other locations will soon close.

      Magnolia Pool and Spa - Not actually a CSR

      Friendly coworkers and very rarely, understanding customers

      Cons

      You are not just a customer service representative, you are also accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales, and dispatch. This would normally be 5 different departments, but they call you a customer service representative and are expected to do everything for measly pay. The pay is not nearly worth it, McDonalds pays more to their cashiers. Magnolia takes the cheap way out. Also, make sure you sign up for benefits on time, because they wont remind you until a month has already passed and it is too late.
