Pros

Lots of freedom due to lack of oversight or commitment to organization. Casual dress code, no strict working hours. Close to the subway.

Cons

Constant layoffs, bad pay, no potential for upward momentum. Utter lack of understanding of digital media or strategy. Weak leadership, no commitment to rewarding talent or retaining strong employees.
