Pros

It’s a small business, it has potential If the owner steps away.

Cons

I’m not one to bash my previous employer but I just don’t want people to have an experience like I did. Your promised the world when you start at this place but be warned it’s a carrot being held in front of you that you never have a chance to obtain. Comp plans changed over 4 times during my time there,, peopled we’re fired for simple voicing concern. The place became toxic and it starts with the person at the top. I saw someone let go for simple voicing that he was concerned on some changes. This place has never had a person long than 2 years and it shows after my time there. Don’t get fooled like I did. Reach out to previous reps and you will get the real answers you need.

Pros

Front Line employees who keep their head down.

Cons

The CEO is a classic narcissist known for his volatile and emotional outbursts, creating a stressful work environment where employees are constantly walking on eggshells. The HR department is non-existent, and any attempts to address concerns are met with silence or retaliation. The CEO has made it this way due to him being a walking HR "issue". The department heads are self-serving and only care about advancing their own careers, with no regard for the well-being of their employees. In addition to the toxic work culture, this company is also known for misleading customers on pricing and the company makes very poor decisions and is in way over their head. Despite reports of financial troubles, the CEO and department heads put on a front to the public, painting a rosy picture that is far from reality. This not only creates stress for employees, who are aware of the true state of the company, but also puts the company's future in jeopardy as customers and employees may eventually realize they have been misled. I fear speaking out about my experiences as I am afraid of backlash and discrimination from the company. Despite this fear, I feel it is important to shed light on the negative work environment, toxic culture, and unethical business practices at this company. I strongly advise anyone considering working or doing business with this company to reconsider. The lack of support from management, toxic work environment, fear of retaliation, and unethical business practices make this a very unpleasant place to work.

Pros

Coworkers were fun and nice

Cons

Salary and commissions are terrible. There was no transparency around commissions and what you were getting paid. Comp structure changed multiple times to pay employees less. The owner of the company was very emotional. If he didn’t like you, he’d find a way to get rid of you. Dozens of people were fired during my time here just so the owner could find new people to hire but pay them less. We used PDF escape to edit applications after customers would sign them. I felt very uncomfortable doing this but the owner still insisted on changing the application and that the customer wouldn’t know. This is also illegal from the research I’ve done. I witnessed the owner make fun of gays and Asians while working on the floor. I thought this was super unprofessional.
