      Pros

      I began as a housekeeper for one of the managers and was offered a position as a customer service rep. Due to personal reasons I had to move away from the area and was unable to continue my employment but I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great company to work for to contact them, either at their Wilmington, Delaware office or their Chicago office.

      Cons

      Too many customer service calls from people who expect to have their hand held.
