The "Owners" like to publicly humiliate and criticize their employees. They contradict themselves daily. I met their quotas for sales but they still did everything possible to attack me. They will hound you and say you should have done this or that...even for minor irrelevant things. Yes constructive criticism is great but their criticism goes beyond it into outright harassment. They go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable and apply needless thoughtless pressure even when you are meeting your sales quota.
