Staff really seems to enjoy collaboration and working across functional areas, having tough conversations fairly and winning over the customer together.
Cons
Management team are all functional leaders with their own book of business, creates time constraints.

Pay is the pro and coworkers.
Cons
Manager tell employees to set up other manager and employees. They laid off employees who have been there for a long tike and then hired new people. Training is terrible No job security. Made to fly into Atlantan for 1 day
