      Pros

      Pays Well Plenty Of Parking Weekly Pay Clean Facility Comfortable Work Environment

      Cons

      Pressure you to drop your current job without proper notice so you can start with them immediately. You must pass a test on your first try at the end of the first week or you're gone immediately so at that point you've burnt a bridge with your previous employer. The training (for the test) is poor at best and they don't let you know that if you don't score a specific number on the test your history. We had computer issues the whole time and mine wasn't working properly when I tested.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits after 90 days. Coworkers are helpful and fun to be around.

      Cons

      You barely learn anything from training until you are put to shadow with other Account Managers. If you don't catch on quickly (and when I say quickly I mean it) you will get fired. If you make it pass your 90 days consider yourself lucky. If you are a hard worker they will use it to their benefit and give you their butts to kiss later.

      Pros

      Learn the moving industry. Extremely dedicated hard working employees. Very knowledable managers. Lots of leads for all to make a living.

      Cons

      Itt was clear not by the sales of the individuals but by the coding of the leads who were getting the best quality leads. One of my questions I asked originally was were the leads distributed fairly. The answer was supposed to be no.
