Native Health has an employee rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars, based on 17 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there. The Native Health employee rating is 22% below average for employers within the Non-profit and NGO industry (3.7 stars).
Native Health fulfills a huge gap in Phoenix providing greatly needed health and social services to at risk populations. There are many talented human beings that work here, unfortunately they are not treated like human beings. They are treated as indispensable, and there is a high turnover due to poor leadership.
Cons
Employees here are of two groups: they have been employed less than 3 years, or more than ten. No one makes it past the 3 year anniversary and the ten year employees are all related by family. Grants are mismanaged, we were constantly out of supplies, out of money, and out of support from upper management.
