- Nice people, everyone seems to get along (besides leadership) - Pleasant location, lots of amenities - Clean and open office

Cons

- No integrity, all white leadership who actively avoids discussing and supporting Indigenous or BIPOC communities. - Leadership will tell you not to discuss social issues or movements or show your support for Indigenous peoples - No diversity - Lots of lies both in marketing and to staff about finances or business plans - Products are not as advertised and also contain lies about materials and "eco-friendliness" - Promotes the environment yet uses virgin plastic in products - Low paying - Leadership evasive and not open to feedback - No opportunity for growth - Lots of unpaid overtime

People they hire are friendly and are willing to share knowledge and feedback

Cons

Leadership very pretentious. Act like everything is ok and then fire you abruptly. Saw three groups of people fired before i eventually got fired. Diversity is non existent in a company like this. Whole leadership is white and one person of color

- Executives and People Team don't practice values of integrity and respect that they try and promote onto others - Executive Team isn't transparent about business and people decisions - High turnover - "Native Shoes" is a culturally insensitive name. This has been flagged to the Executive Team for years by customers and internal staff without concrete action - Promotes itself as sustainable but their main shoe is made of plastic
