Salary will be on time, that's the only pros, the rest of everything in the company is negative to the core.
Cons
1. Please don't join this company, hell lot of politics is happening there in this company internally. 2. Please who are very close to the leadership teams are saved in jobs and getting promoted. 3. If you want to expect good company culture, please don't apply to this company and waste your time. 4. Some people in sales teams, such as Bala, are rude and unprofessional way to treat the employees, asking the employees to force them to drop down the paper, without any valid reason. 4. No one will recognize the hard work that we put into this company. 5. Every week, we can see so many people are parting ways ( leaving the company). 6. One lady known as Sreelekha, who comes from a non-sales background. She does a lot of internal politics by giving false allegations to the management to remove 90% sales team with her influence.
