Literally there’s no pro this place is just bad to work for, they lie about getting paid $16 per hour they paid you base on how many calls you take which will be impossible to even make a good wage because there system always preventing you from taking calls they always have system issues

Cons

When I first apply to them I was so excited, they paid $16 hourly and training was great although it was so much to learn. Once that over you finally start working that’s when everything changed you only allowed to be on the phone for amount of times if you pass 20 seconds on the phone you gonna have someone reaching out to you not to mention the team leads who supposed to help you, they are so useless instead of helping you they send you to the place where you was looking for answers before they lied about the $16 per hour they pay you base on how many calls you take which is very hard because their system always crashing that prevents you from taking calls ..you gonna regret it if you apply for their position trust me

Pros

Entry level customer service rep role is about what you would expect. Servicing inbound and outbound calls to student loans borrowers can be draining but the training is good and it builds skills you can use to find better employment opportunities. After working for about a year new opportunities arise within the company. Team lead roles, of the phone duties, etc.

Cons

Micromanaged. Two 15 minute breaks and half hour lunch. On outbound calls most people do not want to talk to you because you are attempting to collect a debt.
