Pros
They will throw you to the wolves and expect you to come back alive! This sounds like a con, but after you come back alive, it is a huge pro. Not many companies will give you this chance to work above what you thought you’d do.

No work life balance. Hectic life.

Nice staff and good office location (not a good office though)
Cons
Very long hours where you are treated hourly. No employee benefits. Expensive medical. Poor wages without set reviews. Very poor management. No career progression plans. Favoritism with certain staff and their ability to work remotely.
