Pros

Higher salary but that leaves you with lesser options in market

Cons

Firing People is an automated task scheduled every month or so and every time this event is triggered, they'll say it's the last one but that's not true.

Pros

- Salary in time - Helpful people in Finance, HR, admin

Cons

Management of Navisite are ones who were laid off from Navisite some years ago for bad performance. They raised money from investor (MDP), RDX acquired Navisite 1.5 years ago and these laid off people came back to Navisite at leadership positions. About India managers - it is the most incompetent group who are filled with negativity and revange. On face they come as coolest bunch but if you differ with them, you would be laid off the very same day without people around you getting to know. They than say that XYZ person had behaviourial and attitude issues. In town halls, no one talks about technology, growth and innovation. Just handing out rewards in kilos and quintals to please everyone and pat their own back. There have been more then 10 exits from senior management team in last 2 years. There performance appraisals and ratings are just a eye wash and ratings are decided on perception 3-4 months in advance. Project managers find ways to help their favorate leads and these leads are busy taking credits from junior team members to make themself save. Not a place to spoil your carrier.

Pros

I was working with Navisite for more than 5 years. Below is what I experienced, specially after RDX acquired Navisite. Hope that helps you. Being a mid level company, you can work on multiple technologies, if you are willing to learn. Not many red tapes to stop you. You may be working with a client over a call and suddenly the top management, HR and some of the favorites will barge on the floor giving a speech about #somuchgood. You can end the call early and take some rest. Constant change in the management/policies/direction/directives will always keep you on your toes. A strict guideline for handling Customer could be changed in a week or two so you always keep learning and on your toes. HR policies are just for show. Anyone can be fired, promoted, not promoted and even demoted without a clue. You can even skip reading those to save your time.

Cons

Management sends email and pushes the employees to put positive reviews on glassdoor. That's why you see some of these short 5 star reviews. Very frequent firing cycles, almost every 1- 1.5 years. Nepotism is at the peak mainly after getting acquired by RDX. New managers are trying to bring in their favorites. You can understand the rest. No criteria of selecting on IJPs. Quite a few of the project management and Solution architect teams are filled with L1 guys (which you normally call NOC or first level support teams)
