Avoid if in IT. Upper management is toxic. They only care about themselves. Leadership have huge egos. They think they have all the answers and refuse to listen to employees but then pay an outside consultant big money and they say the same thing but their opinion is treated as gospel. Management makes frequent mistakes and wastes money with little repercussions. Only the chosen leaders are allow to have an opinion. All leadership is top down with a crazy number of managers. Mangers for managers who also have managers. Think Office Space. I have 8 different bosses Bob. No career growth. Only a select few are allowed to advance and advancement has nothing to do with skills or accomplishments. There is a recent effort to offshore IT. Management admitted it was to take advantage of lower wages in other countries. One leader actually said, "If we offshore we don't have to worry about replacing a full time employee if they get sick like have a heart attack" They don't care about you. They not like us. A once average company in a death spiral.

The company is getting too top-heavy, and seem to be directionless. C-level execs are completely out of touch.
