      Pros

      The people were very friendly and good to work with. Not the management but the employees. Not really a pro of the company.

      Cons

      Unnecessary policy making like mandatory WFO without looking at long term economic prospects. Firing employees or asking them to resign at will due to the management's own blunders. Office space is very limiting and have minimal amenities. Pay is very low compared to market standards and employees are made to work like they're paid thrice that amount.
