Salary is poor. And the appraisal are not given according to the standard

This place is Completely unorganized. Both Underwriting and Claims staff are not treated fairly. They have experienced massive turn over on their underwriting team because they have adapted a sweat shop format. This company = extremely cumbersome systems, managers who don’t know what they’re doing and don’t manage their staff well while only being concerned about their personal gain. They make false promises of growth and promotion dangling it in front of you with no intention of actually following through. If Meanwhile they burn Through insurance markets bc upper management is only concerned about top line growth. I’d only recommend this place if you are desperate.
