      Awesome team, great work/life balance and culture. Great opportunities to learn and work on cool projects.

      Cons

      Poor organization, bad communication. Company doesn't care much for ID. More focused on manufacturing and engineering. CEO is mostly concerned about Nectar's sister company.

      CEO is a narcissist, keep two people in the room for all conversations, no vision for where the company is going, don’t pay their contractors regularly.
