Pros

Working at NectarVet has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company culture is collaborative, mission-driven, and grounded in genuine care; not just for veterinary professionals and their clients, but also for the employees behind the scenes. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there's a strong emphasis on innovation and user-centered design. The team is small but mighty, which means your voice really matters. You're encouraged to share ideas, take ownership of your work, and grow your skills in meaningful ways. NectarVet's commitment to improving veterinary practice through intuitive, efficient software is something everyone truly believes in. Remote work is well-supported, and work-life balance is respected. The company also prioritizes wellness and creates a safe space for feedback and growth.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but with any fast-growing startup, things can move quickly and priorities may shift. However, the team does a great job of communicating changes and staying aligned!

Pros

-The product covers a lot of functionality and the team is constantly innovating to stay on top of industry trends -The other customer-facing reps are really enthusiastic and fun to work with -Team actively seeks feedback to implement and improve the product -Sales is encouraged to take a creative and personal approach to outreach creating a really consultative sales process that engages with prospects -You know where you stand - feedback is honest and you get the answers to questions being asked

Cons

-With so much being innovated on and changed in the product, it's difficult to keep track of -The space is already very overwhelmed with technology solutions, which makes it difficult to sell sometimes even though it is a powerful tool -Very technical product that may be difficult for sales reps to ramp up on (I didn't have this issue but think it could be a con for some) -Goals can be difficult to obtain
