Pros
- Combination of many different technologies - Great team and constant communication between teams - Lots of company paid activities every months (free breakfast, lunch, diner, etc...) - Good bonuses - Big emphasis on quality over quantity - Flexibility on how you do things - RH is pushing really hard to make it a good working environment - Lots of opportunities to improve legacy code - Company that actually cares about employee reviews and moving forward in your career - Great work / life balance. No one is pushing for tons of additional hours to be done - Flexible hours - Remote work
Cons
- Huge code base, can be difficult to wrap your head around when starting - Lots of legacy code - Lots of initial training and onboarding (which can also be views as a "Pros")

- Good perks - The RH team thrive to get the workspace a very dynamic place
Cons
- Outdated technology - Old habits - No clear separation between business rules and technical constraints - Politics. If you start conflicts with the wrong person, I can end your career there pretty soon - Probationary period is actually 2 months instead of 3, because you have to take a training before starting that will keep you busy for approximately one month - No second chance, error is seen as total failure
