Upper management is a terrible group. Misogynistic comments, fraterinization, condescending, lackluster educations, "too busy" to help or listen, doesn't even interview you before hired but will yell at you later for not living up to their outrageous expectations. If you are good, you get every project. If you don't care, you get promoted over those who have been there for years. If you disrespect authority, they treat you better and give you special treatment. If you're female, they'll only like you if you're cute. You work 12 hours and get asked why this or that wasn't done. Someone works terribly slow next to you and gets paid more. You know the science behind things? Doesn't matter, you are a robot and you aren't good enough. Appreciation isn't in their vocabulary. False, fake, liar, hypocrite, however, are their key words for life.

1. The pay is far below market, even for Michigan. It almost impossible not to get better pay elsewhere. 2. Management plays favorites and if you're not on the hot list you're treated like livestock. 3. The company is very cheap, and will shoot themselves in the foot to save a dime. 4. Corporate culture is disgusting. Backstabbers, and liars are everywhere. Everyone hides behind paperwork and bureaucracy to avoid doing their jobs.
