Engineering is a mess

Very cool technology. Leading AI Software as a Service. Cloud technology. Hybrid reasoning. More.

Cons

Complete lack of understanding of engineering for a technology company. Leadership is micro managed and direction is woefully vague and misdirected. Technology best practices are in word only.

Doesn't have much competition. Has a lot of connections to the legal tech world.

Cons

Company is solely run by the investor, management has no say. Constant turnover, had 3 CEOs in the past year. Cannot retain top talent.

Flexible working hours, free snacks, high level of autonomy, macro management, positions are what you make them so if you are a self-starter and take initiative, this could be a good place for you.

Cons

Male dominant culture, financier causes tension among internal groups, little to no strategic vision causing discontinuity company wide, poor internal communication
