      Pros

      This company is good for people who want to relax and enjoy their life with minimal growth in terms of career. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      Smart and Hard work is not valued in the company. If you agree with your manager no matter if he or she is right or wrong than you will be treated well else you have to face a lot of issues. Lots of politics going on the floor. Good scope for politicians here. Promotions will be given to the employees who listen to their bosses and agree with them always. Bad upper management, they take decisions which are favourable for them. No rules for upper management whatever they think is right is right. No growth in terms of career.

      Shift in my NEPA experience over a year

      Pros

      A year ago it had amazing NEPA culture and values, we could easily approach management, And fun place to work

      Cons

      But NEPA culture is now lost and our top management is more into biasness and favouring their favourite employee and demotivating all senior employees by indirectly insulting them. There has been a lot of politics going on lately which resulted in resignation of many valuable employees from GRL office. Constant change in structure of organization No growth
