      They have good building that's it

      Don't join this company to see the infrastructure of the company they have only building that's it .they are running company from 26 years but they have only 5 employee in this company plus ceo is mentally sick .they will terminate you anytime without any reason and told you that we are mentioned in the oppoinment later so read later carefully before joining plus they don't have any manager whom you can learn .so this is hire and fire company only one mentally sick ceo is running the company others are executive peon .this is worst company I ever seen actually ceo don't have exp how to run the company.his age is above 60 now he will not listen to anyone he is very rude .if you don't want to spoil your career then don't join.all good review are written by HR itself .

      After reading your reviews, I have doubts if you have worked with our organization. We never hire anyone who doesn’t know how to talk professionally even if he/she is not satisfied with us. You seem to be rude and ruthless with your reviews. As far as our CEO is concerned, he is one of the renowned entrepreneurs with 30+ years of experience, apart from having a great academic background. He earned his Ph.D. degree from IIT Delhi. He knows how to treat his employees and run organizations. So, don’t talk like this.

      Mad CEO, not at all professional, plus he looks at the female staff in a very indecent way. Salary never on time. Although the CEO claims that he is from IIT/IIM but he doesnt know how to talk decently with his staff Useless boss and useless company

      I do not agree with the Views expressed here. They seem to be totally motivated to malign the image of the CEO who is a veteran of IT industry and having the education from best of the Technical Institutes of India. I have learnt a lot from the CEO during my interactions with him and never ever faced a situation as described in the review. My only suggestion to the reviewer is that you should not take out your frustration with the company (may be for whatever reason) by maligning the image of Top Management.

      Right Place to become a 'Ten-On-Ten' from a 'Zero'

      •Great work experience. •This company actually accept you when you have nothing but your zeal to work and to achieve and learn while making mistakes at the same time. •Its a Great and Developing Company but Less Known or Less Famous in the corporate world. •I never faced any kind of leaves problem at my entire tenure. The management is actually very understating and helpful. •Always pays on time. •Treat you like family. •You will all the Indian Holidays and sumtimez the extended weekends also.

      Cons

      •Employee's engagement is very less. •Very less fun activities and outings. •Timings should be flexible.. only a minute delay can make your day a LWP. So be careful on it. •Too many processes to follow if the above situation happens. •The management is less engaged with their employees.
